Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! We have absolutely no minimums. You can get 1 shirt or 1,000 shirts custom printed.
How do I know the status of my order?
We keep you in the loop with SMS and email updates at every stage of the printing process. You'll never have to guess where your order is. Our customer service team is on hand by phone and email if you need anything else.
What printing method do you use?
Screenlab’s printing methods include DTF printing as the standard option, and we offer screen printing in Australia for some high-volume runs. In 2021 we became the first print company in Australia to go 100% Direct-To-Film (DTF) — vibrant prints built to last 50+ washes, with no setup fees and no colour limits. Where screen printing is the better fit, we will talk you through it before production. Our DTF inks are water-based, eco friendly and OEKO-TEX® certified.
I don't have any artwork. Can you help?
