No, we do not print on customer supplied blanks and there’s a few reasons behind this;
1. We need to know the fabric we are printing on to achieve optimum results.
2. It streamlines the process by having us supply.
3. We save you money.
The beauty of our site is that no quotes are required. We display all our prices so that you can make a decision right now! Once you choose a product > Select colour > add qty & artwork, our website will show you the price. If you are happy with that, you can simply place your order!
However for orders 500+ we are happy to look at tailored pricing.
We exclusively supply AS Colour garments. We do not however hold stock, with all jobs ordered on demand. Thankfully AS Colour also operate a select number of retail stores around Australia. It is recommended that you find your local retail store if you would like the opportunity to view the range.

Our DTF Hyperflex prints have been tested up to 50 washes as long as washing guidelines are strictly observed. Some prints last longer and are worn for many years.

Placing orders via email communication has a higher rate of inaccuracy along with the fact that it actually takes longer, like days longer. And no one wants that.
By using our site, you will have your order placed within minutes and received in days.
We print it as you’ve placed it.
Our system downloads your artwork at the dimensions you have sized and placed it on the garment designer tool.
Our experienced printers will centre and straighten artwork where appropriate.
To request specific print sizes, special positions or specific measurements, add detailed comments to your order at checkout within the print notes section.
No. This is to prevent designs from accidentally being cut off.
We also prefer to keep our print positions and sizing limited to help maintain operational efficiencies and our super fast turnarounds.
There are a couple of ways. You can either find your previous saved designs from within the tshirt designer.
Look for ‘My Saved Designs’ in the left hand designer tool bar.
Otherwise, another simple way if you hadn’t saved your design is to find your past order from within your account, and simply click the ‘Edit Design’ text.
This will load up your previous designed item to allow you to change the product / update sizes etc using the previous design.

Once you have made your purchase, you will be kept in the loop throughout the whole journey.
You will be sent an email and/or sms with updates on when your order enters production and when its on it way.
You can also view its status within your Screenlab account.
Our default print method is Direct To Film (DTF), as this is the optimal finish for 90% of our orders.
However there are circumstances where we may opt for a screen print finish at our discretion. This decision is based on multiple factors such as quantity, artwork detail and fabric.
Our experienced team will always strive for the best suited finish to ensure you receive the best version of your product possible.

No. All orders must be paid upfront and in full.
If its your first time ordering custom merch, let alone your first time with us, we totally get it.
The first thing we can say with confidence is that Screenlab is built off the back of high standards and trust. This can be seen in over 500+ Google reviews.
However, to help with peace of mind, perhaps just order one for now and take it from there. Remember, no minimums is what we do!
Our default delivery partner is Australia Post.
However we are also a member of the Transdirect network of couriers in which we use predominately for larger deliveries (multiple cartons/pallets).
No. We can only guarantee what is in our control and that is the PRINT/DISPATCH date of your order.
However once your order leaves our warehouse, this then becomes the responsibility of the courier.

Yes of course! Our factory is located at 2/12-20 Lawrence Dr, Nerang on the GOLD COAST.
Just choose the Pick Up option on checkout and come past anytime Mon-Fri between 8am – 4pm.
